Even though I am racing against the clock on 90% of my mornings, I try to always take the time to indulge in a good and healthy breakfast.

My favorite combo is a bowl of muesli mixed with whatever dry fruits I have, some chia seed, some oat bran and a bit of milk (cow, soy or oat milk). I swallow it with a hot black tea (here the English Breakfast by A AHMAD TEA). For the 10% days where I have the time I add a natural orange or mixed berries juice.
